Indemnification and Liability Limitation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Pack Box, its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, and subcontractors from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our products or services. Custom Pack Box shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access, malicious content, or any claims resulting from such activities.

Payments and Order Confirmation

Product prices on our website are stated in USD (U.S. Dollars), and payment will be processed in the same currency. We will commence working on your order upon receiving the full payment, including taxes, shipping charges, etc. The company will verify the payment, and the production timeline will start after payment confirmation and final design approval.

Production and Design

The production process involves two stages: Pre-Design Stage and Production Stage. A lower-resolution file will be provided for review during the Pre-Design Stage. The higher-resolution file will only be available for purchase. 

You are solely responsible for the content and graphics incorporated in the design, ensuring they do not violate any copyright laws. All design errors, including color, grammar, and size, are your responsibility. Changes can be made before design confirmation, but once confirmed, any modifications may not be possible if the design is already in production.

Production and Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 15-17 working days. While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances or technical errors may cause delays. In such cases, Custom Pack Box will notify customers, but we will not be held responsible for the delay. Please note that delays in production or shipping do not entitle customers to cancel their orders.

Return and Refund Policy

If there are any printing faults or the product does not match your specifications, you must inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will reprint the original order if the mistake is proven to be at our end. Any other concerns with the packaging are non-refundable as the boxes are custom-made to your requirements. Please note that expedited orders are non-refundable. All decisions made by our team will be deemed final in case of a dispute.

No Liability for Errors

Custom Pack Box shall not be held responsible for any errors in the final printed product, including spelling and grammar mistakes, font errors, overprinting errors, color variations between digital and physical prints, or any other errors listed in this section.

Terms and Conditions Update

Custom Pack Box reserves the right to update any section of our website or terms and conditions at any time without notice. The use of our website after any changes constitute your agreement to the updated terms and conditions.
